Welcome to Odyssia Near the Seaside.

We are a small family-run guest house, offering a peaceful and authentic hospitality experience on Alonnisos. Unlike a hotel, our accommodation operates on a more personal basis, allowing us to provide a relaxed atmosphere while asking our guests to respect the property and fellow visitors.

Reservation & Payment

Reservation confirmation, payment terms, cancellation policy and any required prepayments are communicated directly to guests by email before arrival. Please read your confirmation email carefully, as it contains all information applicable to your reservation.

Security Deposit

For selected reservations, the property may require a refundable security deposit prior to or upon check-in. Whenever applicable, guests are informed before the reservation is confirmed.

The security deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition and no damages, missing items or excessive cleaning requirements are identified.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: until 11:00

Late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability. Additional charges may apply if the room is occupied beyond the agreed departure time without prior arrangement.

Housekeeping & Linen Service

As a guest house rather than a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping.

Our standard housekeeping schedule is:

• Full room cleaning every 3–4 days
• Towels and bed linen changed every 3–4 days

Additional housekeeping or linen changes may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Room Amenities

All room amenities are accurately described on our official page on Booking.com, where guests are encouraged to review the full and updated list of facilities prior to booking.

Guests are also welcome to contact us directly before or during their stay if they require clarification regarding any specific amenity or service.

We usually provide basic complimentary toiletries such as soap and shampoo upon arrival. Please note that these items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

Any additional consumable items that may be found in the room at check-in are likewise provided as complimentary welcome items and are not subject to replenishment.

Guests are kindly encouraged to inform us in advance if they have any specific needs so we can assist where possible, subject to availability.

Caring for the Property

We kindly ask guests to treat the accommodation with care and respect throughout their stay.

Guests may be held responsible for damages, missing items or excessive cleaning resulting from misuse or negligence. If accidental damage occurs, we appreciate being informed immediately so that the issue can be addressed promptly.

Sustainability

Protecting the natural beauty of Alonnisos is important to us.

We encourage our guests to use water and electricity responsibly, minimise unnecessary waste and, whenever possible, make use of the island’s recycling facilities.

Every small contribution helps preserve the island for future visitors.
